RYFA LAY-DOWN SHOP CREEPER

Armor fabric is a working deck, not ordinary upholstery.

Armor Fabric is RYFA's dense, cut-resistant woven surface, held under tension across the steel frame for firm support. It's waterproof face wipes that clean after a dirty job. This is the part of the creeper that meets sharp edges, grit, and grime, so it was specified like a shop surface—not a seat cover.

At 20″ overall, RYFA Creeper gives your shoulders and elbows room to shift naturally. The broad, tensioned center deck between cushioned end sections stays supportive as you reach, turn, or reposition, with no hard crossbar beneath the working area to create a pressure point.

All four caster areas are covered in aluminum.

Each wheel and axle area sits beneath a formed aluminum shroud, reducing contact with loose hair, sleeves, hoodie cords, and shop towels as the caster turns. The same detail is repeated at all four corners, not only beside the headrest.

Concrete seams, floor grit, and stray zip ties can stop a small caster. RYFA Creeper's larger 4″ wheels roll over the small stuff more readily, while all four swivel to keep the creeper moving smoothly forward, back, and sideways.

Set the headrest to the work in front of you.

Lay it flat when clearance matters or raise it when the work is closer. The adjustable headrest supports your head at the angle the job requires through inspections, oil services, and brake work, so your neck is not left holding the position.

A low-profile deck leaves more room to work.

The center deck sits approximately 3″ from the floor, keeping your body lower under the vehicle and leaving more clearance for your hands, tools, and the job above you. The 6″ maximum applies only at the caster housings at the outer ends.

The 400 lb rating is carried by a welded steel chassis.

The deck, headrest, and all four caster mounts are tied into one powder-coated steel frame. Its welded construction provides the rigid structural foundation beneath the 400 lb (181 kg) rating.

The handle is part of the frame, not an after thought.

At 23.5 lb (10.64 kg), RYFA Creeper is substantial under the vehicle without becoming a dead weight between jobs. The carry handle is built into the steel frame for a solid grip between bays, into a service van, or off the floor when the work is done.
