Sized for what you actually carry — 26" × 59" × 8"

Reinforced aluminum subframe — 150 kg paved, 100 kg off-road

The strength rating isn’t about the basket walls. It’s about the structure underneath. A reinforced subframe runs the length of the floor, distributing load through the receiver tube rather than concentrating it at the mount. Rated for 150 kg on the highway and conservatively de-rated to 100 kg off-road — because dynamic loading on rough terrain is a different physics, and we’d rather be safe about it

Most hitch racks get a generic powder coat that chalks within a few seasons and fades after the first summer. PACKYAK is finished with a super-durable polyester powder coat built to exterior architectural standards — engineered to resist UV, road salt, rain, and grit, and to hold its color and gloss for years to come.

Fits the receiver you already have

PACKYAK drops into any standard 2" Class III hitch receiver — the same size used on virtually every modern pickup, SUV, Jeep, and UTV.

Silent at speed

Most hitch racks rattle — that metallic chatter from the rear on every road seam. PACKYAK doesn’t. An anti-rattle system clamps the shank tight to receiver, eliminating the play that causes the noise. Quieter at speed. Bolted in.

22 kg, fully assembled. Aluminum throughout means you can mount and dismount it without a second pair of hands. A steel basket at this size typically runs 35–45 kg. PACKYAK takes the weight out without taking the strength out.
