FOUR SHELVES. EVERY TOOL IN REACH.
A work van takes a beating — loaded heavy, driven hard, emptied and reloaded every day for years. Stowmaster is built for that life: four tiers that hold rigid under a working load, stay quiet on the roughest routes, and weigh little enough that the payload stays yours. Cargo strapped to slots cut into the frame. Tools up on the shelves. The floor left clear for everything else. It's shelving. It's also the difference between a van you work out of and a van you dig through.

Steel. Aluminum. Wood. The right material in the right place.
Most van shelving is one material everywhere — all steel, and heavy for it. Stowmaster is engineered the way vehicles themselves are: each material where it earns its place.
Heavy-gauge steel side frames carry the load into the van wall. Extruded aluminum rails span the width — the rigidity of a beam without the weight of one, and they never rust. Wooden shelf decks hold the cargo: quiet under vibration, high-friction so cases stay where you slide them, forgiving on tool finishes, and solid enough to screw into when you want something fixed down for good.
Light where light works. Strong where strong matters. Every pound the shelving doesn't weigh is a pound of payload back in the van.
Load capacity — rated for the real load
Stacked tool cases. Battery chargers and a shelf of cordless kits. Boxes of fasteners, bins of fittings, spools of wire, paint cans.
Each tray is rated to 220 lb (100 kg) of uniformly distributed load — 882lb (400 kg) across the system. Load the shelves the way the job loads them. The trays don't sag on a washboard road, and they don't pull at their mounts on a hard stop.
Three full-depth trays. One narrow top
Three full-depth trays at 14" handle the daily load — tool cases, fittings, bins, consumables, the everyday inventory of a working van. A fourth tray, 12" deep, sits up top near the ceiling for the things you reach for less often, kept clear of the daily traffic. Four levels, sized around the way tools actually live in a van.
Aluminum shelf rails — raised edges, bolted through
Every shelf edge is an extruded aluminum profile — not a bent sheet-metal lip. The profile does three jobs at once: it carries the deck, it bolts the tray into the frame, and its raised edge keeps loose parts, hand tools, and small bins on the shelf through hard stops, sharp turns, and the pothole that rearranges an unsecured load. Cargo stays where you set it down — on the tray, not on the floor.
Tie-down slots, cut into the frame itself
Ratchet straps. Bungees. Suspender belts. The steel side frames are cut with slots along their length — designed into the structure, not bolted on after — so you can run a strap over anything that shouldn't move and cinch it straight to the frame. Pre-drilled mounting holes run the frames too: add your own hooks and holders wherever the work calls for them, without drilling fresh steel.
Rattle-free — quiet on the roughest route
No vibrating shelves. No metal chatter. Metal-on-metal is where road noise starts, and Stowmaster doesn't have any: the decks damp vibration instead of ringing with it, the rails seat them tight, and every joint is bolted and torqued rather than left to work loose. Even on routes that are more pothole than pavement, the loudest thing in the back is your cargo.
A finish built for daily abuse
The steel is finished with a super-durable polyester powder coat built to exterior architectural standards — engineered to resist abrasion from sliding cargo, the humidity and road salt that get tracked into a van, and the oil, grease, and grit of daily work. The aluminum doesn't need the help — it doesn't rust, in any climate, ever.
The hexagonal textured film-faced plywood decks are moisture-resistant and sealed to withstand the damp, dirty conditions of daily commercial use while providing a durable, high-grip work surface.
Bolt-on install — all hardware in the box, ~15 minutes
The system bolts to the van wall with the hardware kit packed in the box — rivet-nuts, tek-screws, and stainless bolts, sorted and ready. No parts run. No second trip to the hardware store. Hand tools and a rivet-nut tool are all it takes, and you're loaded in about fifteen minutes. The floor underneath stays clear for ladders, sheet goods, compressors, and rolling cases. The wall does the work.
Three widths — 48", 60", 72"
Three widths to fit the vans that work for a living — mid- and high-roof Ford Transit, RAM ProMaster, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and Nissan NV. Pick the width that fills your wall.
Limited lifetime warranty
Every Stowmaster is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — material flaws and structural failures. Wear items and normal wear from use, weather, and time aren't covered. And because every part is bolted, every part is serviceable. A deck that's taken eight years of abuse unbolts and swaps in minutes — no torch, no grinder, no metalwork. The steel frames are the skeleton; everything on them can be renewed.
