Acceptance
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from Ryfa. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders submitted or to be submitted by you for any item or product offered to you on or via Ryfa website. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery
Our Shipping and Delivery policy explains the destinations we serve, shipping charges and delivery estimates. Please contact sales@ryfa.com if an order has not arrived by its stated estimate.
Payment
The available payment methods and the total payable for your order are shown at checkout before payment.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product. Please see the Warranty page and the product's stated coverage for the applicable period, terms and claim process. Warranty coverage is separate from our Returns and Refunds policy.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery. RYFA pays the return postage and charges no restocking fee for returns within this window. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to arrange a return, when refunds are initiated and the terms for approved later returns.

Liability
Seller does not assume, and the customer indemnifies Seller against any liability or claims resulting from the use or malfunction of the equipment. Buyer assumes all liability that may arise from use or failure of the equipment.
Malfunctioning Equipment
In the case of malfunctioning Equipment, Seller's only liability to Buyer is for the Cost of the Equipment Sold. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from malfunctions.
