RYFA PANEL CART & SHOP STAND

The RYFA Panel Cart & Shop Stand gives full-size sheet goods a smooth, controlled path from a truck bed or storage rack, through a service doorway with at least 30 inches of clear width, and into position beside the saw or bench. Guide the frame back to horizontal for transfer; between panel moves, add a top, and the same footprint becomes a height-adjustable shop stand, assembly table, staging surface, or outfeed support. A 150 lb welded steel frame, flip stops, positive horizontal latch, adjustable support, and four smooth-rolling swivel casters bring control to every stage of the move.

The welded steel frame is rated to carry up to 150 lb (68 kg) and sized for full 4×8 sheet goods. A broad base, twin side supports, and hand-set flip stops give the panel a defined place to sit as the frame moves upright. A durable powder-coated finish gives the frame a clean, hard-wearing surface that helps resist the scuffs and wear of regular shop use.

The 36-inch support frame adjusts from 22 to 30.25 inches deep. Extend it when loading or moving a full-size panel: the wider span reaches farther beneath the sheet and places the flip stops at its edge for broader support through the tilt. Retract it for a more compact empty cart and for shop-stand duty. Positive locking pins secure the selected setting; twin flip stops tighten by hand with star knobs to define the panel edge through the move.

Set the flip stops, release the horizontal latch, and guide the frame upright. With the sheet centered against the twin flip stops, the upright profile is designed to pass through a service doorway providing at least 30 inches of clear width. At the destination, guide the frame back to horizontal; the latch clicks home, and the sheet is ready to transfer beside a bench or saw with minimal repositioning.

SET THE WORKING HEIGHT FOR YOUR BENCH, SAW, OR TRUCK BED

The frame adjusts from 32 to 37 inches horizontal and 41 to 46 inches upright. Match it to a truck bed for loading, align it with a bench for staging, or add a top and set it up for assembly or outfeed duty. The supplied tools make it straightforward to reset the height later as the job changes.

All four casters swivel, giving the cart the freedom to turn tightly, move laterally, and line up cleanly with a rack, service door, saw, or bench—without a wide turning arc. Their generous 4-inch diameter keeps the roll smooth across typical shop floors and helps the cart move past small obstructions—such as loose zip ties—that can stop smaller casters short. Two foot-operated brakes park the cart precisely where it needs to work.

ADD A TOP. TURN THE CART INTO A MOBILE WORKSTATION.

With the frame latched horizontally, add your own top to create a mobile assembly table, staging surface, or outfeed support. Use the 32–37-inch height range to meet the surrounding work. When the next sheet arrives, the cart returns to panel duty. The same footprint stays productive from material handling through assembly and finishing.
